  2. Its important to leave the umbilical cord and placenta attached for at least 30 minutes before cutting it. A healthier option if you want your new born to keep receiving nutrients and oxygen in its first moments of its life. I am a first time mom and so excited to deliver 100% naturally. Also deeper, controlled and relaxed breathing really helps with delivery.

  3. This sounds almost impossible but I was suck in my moms wound for 48 hours I was that huge and I felt sorry but good news was I didnt cry or didnt really was annoying (no offense) and I'm thankful of my mom
