37 years old. Here trying to re-learn. Looking at starting my Bachelors Degree. Have a requirement of one college algebra class. Been a while since I learned this stuff. I was always bad at math. I would learn it, do the test and forget it a few months later.
i just want to know what a-hole decided that the alphabet belongs with math. like, when the letters actually do something, ok, still sucks but theres a reason. what is the reason for all these jumbled up ass letters in the equation. literally for what reason. why. in what universe will i need to add the alphabet.

I'm literally so tired of teachers humiliating me in front of everyone in class I just want to feel smart for one day but everyone around me in school always feels the need to make me feel like the stupidest person ever. It makes me want to cry. For one day I just want to go to school and have someone ask me for help because it will make me feel needed and smart and special. it's crazy to me how I can pick up on things that are so difficult for others like sports but I never try to make people feel stupid because I know what it feels like everyday to go to school and have people waste all their time on making me feel so horrible. I honestly wish I could just send this to my school anonymously but I can't. Anyways if your reading this and you feel like this on a daily basis and spend your time worrying about what people will say to you or think about you just know you are not the only one and one.
