On this course, we’ll proceed to study the basics of Algebra. We are going to construct on the muse that was established in Algebra 1 and push ourselves slightly bit additional with the mastery of some new ideas. On this course we’ll study: units, linear equations & linear inequalities, graphing, capabilities, linear methods, matrices, exponents, polynomials, factoring, rational expressions, radicals, complicated numbers, quadratic equations & quadratic inequalities, exponential & logarithmic capabilities, ellipses, and non-linear methods.

  2. I am a HS math teacher in Arizona. I really need to thank you because your videos are helping me to keep my job every year so that I can put bread on my family's table. Thank you!. PS: I am not a good math teacher, but this is the only thing that I know so I can put bread on my table.

  4. I'm an older student that took a lot of math classes in high school and did pretty well. I've been out of math for a very long time so I figured a quick refresher would do me some good. I thought I could breeze through this video in a few days, but it took me over a week to get through everything. All your videos are incredibly detailed, thorough, well put together, and easy to understand. I wish I had you as my high school math teacher! I took my time with this one because I know these fundamentals are important to understand moving forward. After this it's pretty clear I need to get through the College Algebra video next, and take even more time with that one as well. I imagine it will take me over a month, but well worth my time. Thank you sir.

  5. Serious question. I am trying to move my way up to calculus. If I can do everything in the first hour in my head without needing to think hard, where in the video should I start? Don't mind watching all of it, but I also don't like wasting time 🙂 Thank you

  6. I’m so I’ll in algebra one but I’m doing great in it but we don’t have any algebra 2 teachers at my school bc the 9th grade school is separated from the senior hs and I understand everything on here perfectly and honestly I was actually wondering if this was algebra 2 bc it was almost too easy

  8. "It's a great book for Algebra 2. Since there is no official definition of Algebra 2, I can't really answer if it covers all topics. I does cover most of the topics of a typical high-school level Algebra 2 course and is an excellent book for self study. The teachers edition just means it includes extra explanations and more solutions. You can definitely still use the book for self study." Thanks, do you have any other additional good books would you like to recommended to me me

  9. Hello, so I just got the book "Intermediate algebra" by Lial/ Hornsby/ Mcginnis just like you recommend me the on some other comments in some other videos I commented on, does cover everything in algebra 2? Also it said this is a instructor edition, so does this mean i won't be able to use this to self study?

  10. really great explanation i'm a college student now i went back to learn algebra 2 because i had annoying gaps in my math knowledge , i just have one question when using synthetic division is there a way to guess what's the best binomial to dvide the polynomial by (so that we can know if it will result in a remainder of 0 )

  11. All three methods graphing, substitution, elemination of systems of linear equations, when we solve x, y, z, we are finding where equations intersect? even there are three equations with three variables? And do we need to have 3 equations if there are 3 variables in a equation in systems of equation to solve equations, using above three methods? I meat can we solve using only 2 equations if there are 3 variables in a equation?
