Omg this video help me so much. I am almost done with my ged besides math and using Ged Academy. The way they explain it hurt my head and I was left confused. The bowtie method is awesome, not only does it work but it so easy to understand that i can keep it in my head thank you so much.
ugh why i wished this guy was my gradeschool math teacher, istg my math teacher is very strict and if a single person does something wrong we all would be punished 😭
Time lapse theory's needed
So helpful thank you
So helpful thank you
So I appreciate the crash course very much and I know this was not intended to be a comprehensive discussion, but where math teachers every where fail, is showing practical applications. I did not discover why I needed to know this until I got into ham radio a little over 30 years ago. There are a number of practical applications in electricity, electronics, construction, manufacturing, inventory control, and even recipe conversion that explain the need to know this, but seldom is it demonstrated. We desperately need to have other disciplines in school such as shop, home economics, and science to coordinate, or at least do far more story problems than math classes do now. I once had to explain fikguring fractions and percentages to my father because he needed to know it as an owner-operator truck driver.
A common saying goes "why do I need to learn this? I will never use this anyway".
