The purpose of this course is to make Algebra "Annoyingly" Easy.
1. It was designed so that even a 10year old can fully understand. We actually even have 7 year old students going through it successfully.
2. We avoid using terms to explain anything, Example instead of saying variable, we will simply say letters. This will ensure that anyone who knows absolutely nothing in algebra can still learn it successfully
3. We used multiple modalities to make sure it is clear and concise. We use color codes so that your eyes can easily pick up information without you even putting effort into it. We made sure every theory is clearly stated and all the exceptions are duly noted so that you cannot get confused.

The purpose of this lesson is to make people hate algebra. As a teacher you cannot assume people follow your magic solutions. How do you get One out of Zero? In the first part of your lesson/video you move annoyingly slow so people can understand, but then as it gets more complicated you go faster and faster so that people struggle to understand your conclusions. This is why I always hated math teachers. They cant teach. They're talking to themselves without the audience in mind.
my only confusion is why when solving 2b * 2a your answer was 4ab not 4ba. why did you swap the letters around?

Oh! OOOOHH! after fussing at the vids, light bulb moment on something i wasn't quite getting lol. I am studying for the TEAs test and brushing up on math…..used to be a whiz…..23 years ago or so.

at 4:30 seconds, she doesn't explain why the SQUARED transfers over to the Y?? why is it not 2x sqaured, why is the 10x squared , all of a sudden Y squared?

at 4:44 , can someone explain to me …. 10x² % 5x + 3y ˟ 2y — going left from right .. 1st step is 10x² % 5x = 2x then 2nd step is 3y ˟ 2y .. then 3rd step is 2x + 6y /// Can you explain why the " ² " went to Y instead of X? , i dont understand why the awnser is not " 2x² + 6y " , why did the ² move to y making it " 2x + 6y² " ?? im so confused on this part..

im confused, when you did the question (2a – 4a) * 2 how didnt you get positive 2a with power of 2 since there are "two a's". The 4 wasnt a negative either just subtracting the two numbers. Then multiply 2 to get 4a to the power of 2. if that makes any sense of what im asking.
Why would we need to expand an expression? Is it just something useless that will be on a test or could it apply to real life?
