Where did you get it from for under 10 dollars?
"Modern Intermediate Algebra", c. 1971, blue rectangular, 6.5 x 10 inch, under 2" thick, sold in Alberta, used in public and separate schools. Best ever. Followed up by "Conic Sections", small workbook, good problem sets. Then two more for calculus one for differentiation and one for integration green and brown books again circa 1978, 79 used in Alberta for pre-calculus at Victoria Park High School in Edmonton, Alberta. Used at Alberta College.
