How To Graph Linear Inequalities In Two Variables – Primary Introduction, Algebra

This algebra video tutorial gives a fundamental introduction into graphing linear inequalities in two variables. It explains methods to graph linear inequalities in an x-y coordinate system. it discusses when it is best to use a strong line vs a dashed line and which area of the graph it is best to shade.

  1. Technically are you not supposed to shade the area with the (x,y) points that we do not want, thus if an equation is y is less than 2 all the points in the area that are greater than two should be shaded

  2. i swear your a literal fricking god to the advanced middle schoolers
you explain so much better than my math teacher and i somehow dont fall asleep listening to your videos
i feel enlightened with knowledge that seemed so confusing before

  3. When it comes to math I put round pegs into square holes. Thanks for explaining the slope equation. In other videos they just throw a line up there starting on the Y but I didn't understand how they were getting the slope. I'm trying to understand this and you just made the light bulb go off. Again thanks.
