  2. At around 3:35 dude threw me off by saying multiply both sides by 3, then proceeds to multiply the right side by 3 but divides the left side by 3. I'm sure this makes sense if you already know what's going on… but I dont… and it screwed with me lol

  3. My first intermediate algebra test is tomorrow. I'm 32 and last went to high school in 2008. I don't know if this video goes into FOIL or any complex stuff, but I'm 10 minutes in and already actually learning things. It shouldn't be allowed to take a college class without the teacher actually teaching.

  4. "X is a #"….. stupid explanation the typical way of explaining in order to make learning more confusing. X is not a number, x is a letter holding the place for the number we have to find. "X is a #" lol oh my…. lol

  5. Started going back to school this year and I have to say this is one of, if not the best channel out there for brushing up or learning math, science, and so many other subjects. I know I speak for many when I say THANK YOU for putting in the time and effort to make these videos. Hands down one of the best teachers out there

  7. I'm a first-year college right now, but I'm a little behind because I didn't take my studies seriously in junior high. Back then, I realized I wasn't worthy of being in senior high school when I had to enroll. So, to catch up on my previous math classes, I've been watching your videos over and over until now. I'm not sure how to express my gratitude to you, but please be safe and have a good health, sir. God bless.

  9. I failed Math 125 at ELAC last semester (Fall 2020) and I’m glad that I’m gonna retake it next years Spring so I can pass it! Next time when I take it I’m gonna do tutoring so I can get some help so I don’t fail again!

  10. You know what!!! High School was full of distractions holy shit! It was so hard then but now since I'm sitting in my room looking this up because I'm trying to get a job that requires a math test of pre-k – 12 grade math I'm back to see how its done. I got this!

  11. I'm following this… And I still can't do this… I'm so terribly dyslexic, and after awhile, it just sounds like another language. I'm completely lost at the 5 minute mark. It just seems like the order of rules flip flop as the equations get more advanced. What's worse is, I can't get my degree unless I know this. This is a flat out nightmare
